      This year to propose our big house for summer renting :
    2 weeks from Saturday 31th July to Saturday 14th August 2010 (continuous weeks) for a fixed rate of 2.200 € (so 1.100 € per week). We can extend the stay if needed from the Friday 30th July up to the Sunday 15th August, for the same price.

    In this way you take an advantage with Montpellier, the seaside proximity, and of our famous countryside for some trips (gorges, grottes, garrigue, ...), canoe and swimming in the Hérault river.

  Our house is situated in a quiet and easy area of Montpellier, 10mn by bus from the town center, or 20mn by foot. Free parking in the street in front of the house. Supermarket located at 5mn by car, with other shops.

- Bedroom Anaïs : Bed 140cm. 1 Opt. bed in 90cm possible.
- Bd. Marie : Bed 140cm + bed 90cm.
- Bd. Blandine : Bed 140cm. 1 bed en 90cm supp. possible.
- Bd. François-Xavier : Bed in 140cm.
- Bd. Jean-Christophe : Bed en 90cm + opt. 2nd bed in 90cm.
- Bd. Géraldine : Bed in 90cm. Option Compl. mattress possible.
- Bd. Alexandrine : Bed in 90cm.
- Bd. Juliette : 2x beds in 90cm of which 1 in mezzanine.
- Bd. Etienne : 3x beds in 90cm of which 2 in mezzanine.
- Bd. parents : Bed in 160cm.

   Our house is a Villa from 300m², composed with a ground floor, a level, and with a big underground garage of 150m².

- Familial Kitchen,

   Welcome capacity : 12 à 17 persons.
Max option with complementary mattress: 20 persons.
Additional baby bed (secured) available.

   A 70m² Terrace in exotic wood is avaliable, in a Garden of 500m², with games for kids. Possibility to installl a little swimming pool for the youngests.
